What is the Cancellation Policy?
Reservations cancelled more than 30 days before check-in receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 14-30 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable unless the dates are successfully rebooked. If rebooked, the guest will receive a refund of the recovered rent minus a rebooking fee.
One reservation date change may be requested up to 14 days before arrival, subject to availability.
